Another old dog that is going to learn new tricks…or die trying!? 
I currently work both at Wamego Middle School and the Wamego Public Library, as a library aide in both locations. Makes for very busy days – sometimes I swear I shelve the same book over and over again! The good problem about working with kids at middle school level is that whenever I get stuck on a computer issue, they always seem to know how to fix it. Unfortunately, they manage this by clicking over twenty screens that I can’t keep up with - consequently I don’t know as much as I wish I did.
I choose to make my blog on WordPress because that is what we use at the public library and that is where I have the most opportunity to practice my new found skills. Although considering how long it took me this afternoon, I may need to put in many extra hours just so that my skills become moderate! I’m looking forward to the upcoming weeks lessons and promise to keep up my posting.
